Village Hot Yoga

This choreographed, set sequence is the Village’s unique blend of static traditional hot yoga postures blended with a vinyasa, fluid style practice.  It will be taught the same each class.  The room is heated to about 105 degrees with 40% to 50% humidity.  A slightly shortened version will be taught at the 5;30am class times.  Village Hot Yoga is designed to cleanse your body, challenge your focus and provide you with an intense practice that is a great balance to many other types of workouts.  Previous yoga experience and excellent health are highly recommended.
