In partnership with the Camelback Village Racquet and Health Club, the Aspire Basketball Academy coaching staff will be holding training sessions twice a week for all ages and levels, Tuesdays and Saturdays right here at the Camelback Village!
Co-Founders Jeremy Kipness and Derek Olich run one of the West Coast’s premier national high school and post graduate boys’ basketball program. Additionally, they serve as skill development specialists in private, small group, and team settings.
With a key focus on skill development and game applications, they pride themselves on their ability to teach and get through to players at all levels, from the beginning to the pro! At these 1 hour and 15 minute training sessions, players at all ages and levels will take part in the following:

• Skill-work based and player centered workouts taught in a positive, progression based system in which players learn technique first, along with rhythm, control and coordination

• Player Development Curriculum based on a Stages of Development model, incorporating player-specific on-court skill development, game situation instruction and performance training

• Basketball-specific strength, power, movement, speed, agility flexibility and conditioning training
