Building muscle strength and knowing how to recruit those muscles will make inversions and arm balances more attainable. We will warm-up with Sun Salutation variations, then focus on strength building exercises to help guide us to getting on our hands. We will be working with strength building equipment so wearing tennis shoes is optional.
