Learn to make two Heart Healthy dishes! Roasted salmon w/a herb mustard glaze and a Greek salad. Chef Maggie Norris owns Whisked Away Cooking School and has 13 years of teaching experience. She had a stint at the Food Network in New York, has been a frequent guest on Arizona Midday (KPNX-TV Channel 12) and is a regular on Your Life A to Z (AZTV Channel 3). Joining the cooking class with Chef Maggie will be Dr. Maulik Shah MD, FACC, FSCAI, Dr. Wesley Tyree MD and Dr. Christina Reuss, MD, FACC, FASE from Atria Heart Cardiac Clinic and Wellness Center. They will be attending to discuss or answer any of your questions about the importance of a heart healthy diet.
We will meet upstairs in the conference room, but will eat the food afterwards down in the café. Sign up at the front desk by March 23-limited to 25 people.
