Ron Arroyo: Ron Arroyo is a former competitive triathlete and cyclist. He coached triathletes and cyclist for over a decade including coaching Arizona State University to Pac12 Championship 2014. He is a certified Metabolic Specialist and NASM personal trainer.
Diane Galati: is one of DC Ranch’s long-standing Group Exercise Instructors and Personal Trainers.
She has been involved with Group Exercise and Personal Training since 1992.
