  • What is the craziest thing you’ve ever done?
    • I moved from Phoenix to Hollywood, then lived between Punta Del Este, Uruguay and Buenos Aires and Argentina for close to 10 years. Operating restaurants had me traveling the world. Living out of a trunk is a crazy experience.
  • Do you prefer chocolate or vanilla?
    • I prefer chocolate ice cream but I drink vanilla protein smoothies.
  • What’s your favorite vacation spot?
    • I really fell in love with Punta Del Este, Uruguay. When you are visiting it is like you are on your own time.
  • Who is your favorite musical artist and do you play a lot of their music in your classes?
    • I really enjoy true House Music. The Freemason’s are a group of DJ’s who make excellent compilations.
  • How many places have you lived in your life?
    • Born in Phoenix moved to Hollywood, then I was sent to reside seasonally between Uruguay and Argentina.
  • What is your favorite animal? Do you have pets at home?
    • My favorite animal is my Wired Hair Terrier named Emmett.
  • What was your favorite subject in school?
    • I mastered photography class.
  • Other than the current classes that you teach, what is another class you would love to add to your portfolio of classes?
    • Deep stretching and breathing classes because I would like to help people find calmness we all need in our lives.
  • Seafood, meat or vegan?
    • I prefer seafood, I am a light meat-eater.
  • Favorite restaurant in the Valley?
    • I love Vietnamese Food and I could eat it everyday. Pho Tahn in Central Phoenix is my favorite restaurant to get Vietnamese Food.
  • Favorite movie of all time?
    • I doubt I could choose just one movie, but I can tell you my favorite genre is science fiction.
  • What does your ideal day consist of?
    • My ideal day would be a nice swim in the ocean followed up by a nice refreshing and relaxing nap.
  • What is one fact no one would know about you?
    • Many people don’t know I was found in Beverly Hills by accident. I was originally in the fine dining restaurant business for 25 years. I always had a passion for Fitness and one day I was told to step up to the plate. So I did and I hit a home run. This happy accident exposed me to many opportunities I would not have had otherwise. I had the privilege to train with one very famous professional cyclist. When you take my class I will challenged and push you to succeed.
