- What is the craziest thing you’ve ever done?
- Driving at 120mph along a country lane in England with two of my work colleagues coaxing me to drive faster, Luckily lived to tell the tale. I have always loved the thrill of speed, and a few years ago did a sky dive in Eloy AZ. Love it

- Vanilla shakes, but my weakness is Vosges Chocolate.
- What’s your favorite vacation spot?
- Providenciales in the Turks and Caicos Islands, the hues of the crystal clear waters is breathtaking. Absolutely beautiful.
- Who is your favorite musical artist and do you play a lot of their music in your classes?
- Too many great artists to pick just one, I try to play a mix of genres in Spin class to accommodate the group. Anything from Rolling Stones, The Who, more contemporary, Phoenix and Imagine Dragons to Club dance, Kascade and Chicane I have certain flavors of the month that I might play more regularly for a time, but to name one would be impossible.
- How many places have you lived in your life?
- England for then moved to the Arizona in 91.
- What is your favorite animal? Do you have pets at home?
- Love all animals, recently saw a mother Bob cat and her two babies in the wash behind my house, so beautiful. My favorite pets are dog’s, had them all my life. Currently have a doberman pinscher named Nina and a Chinese crested called Ralph. Love my pets because they only take out of life what they need which isn’t much other than love and food and they are always happy to see me.
- What was your favorite subject in school?
- I Loved Lit/comp, I had some fabulous teachers, but my absolute favorite was Music. For me Music is this fabulous tool for communication and expression of feelings
- Other than the current classes that you teach, what is another class you would love to add to your portfolio of classes?
- I would love to do Zumba or some form of dance class, I love the freedom, and expression of movement; however, it would take-up a great deal of time to start with the choreography library required. Not sure I could fit it into my schedule right now
- Seafood, meat or vegan?
- I eat seafood but would consider myself mostly vegetarian. I like to feel I can take power over what and how I eat, and feel that mostly vegetarian, vegan diet helps me rejuvenate and recharge. I feel cleaner and lighter. There is also an ethical standpoint and huge consideration of the certain agricultural practices surrounding the production of meat.
- Favorite restaurant in the Valley?
- The Mission, Old Town Scottsdale
- Favorite movie?
- My Favorite movie of all time would be “A Good Year” with Russel Crowe, Albert Finney and Marion Cotilard. A beautiful romantic comedy set in Provence
- My ideal day would be_____________________________?
- My ideal day would be to wake up well-rested, spend quality time with my family. Review my day and feel excited about what was in store. My tasks throughout the day would have plenty of space between to read, to attend my favorite classes and to be creative. All this finished with a fabulous dinner of fresh ingredients, fresh air, and natures beauty. Also, lots of hugs and kisses from my family and a good night sleep so I may start the process all over. An ideal world would be to have Space, Self-care, balance, and excitement.
