Commonly known as Dancer Pose, Beri and Jessica are demonstrating a challenging and fun way to work together to practice a balancing backbend. This pose requires strength in the legs and core, and at the same time stretches and opens the hips, legs, shoulders, and chest. Like many poses, there are numerous variations and styles to choose from. Grab a friend and give it a try!
