Katrina is a graduate from Oregon State University, earning a bachelor’s degree in exercise and sports science. She began volunteering with individuals who have a disability and helped them become more active and fit by incorporating exercise plans to each one of their individual needs. She played club volleyball in college, but also has a background in basketball, softball, and track, while she also has a love for hiking outdoors. During the summer months, Katrina has gone to Dillingham AK where she is a deckhand on a salmon fishing boat on the Nushagak River, contributing to the 30-year family legacy. Katrina is passionate about helping people get healthy and gain confidence with new habits that will help them become a better version of themselves. Health and wellness is a process and does not just happen overnight. Each person is unique, and she can help customize a workout that works best for you. Working with all age groups and experience levels, she can help all populations achieve their goals. Katrina believes balance and core play a vital role in conquering day to day activities and is something she incorporates into every program.
