Kay attended the University of Maryland where she received her bachelor’s degree. She went on to George Washington University for her Physician Assistant certification. After practicing for many years, she took a time out to raise her five children. During this work hiatus she discovered a love for fitness. She is PCI trained for mat and reformer and she also has completed certifications in TRX, Cycle, Yogafit and is a NASM/AFAA Personal trainer.
She enjoys working with clients of all fitness levels to help them attain their goals. As a tri-athlete, she understands the importance of core strength and body flexibility and that Pilates training can provide both. She believes ANYbody and EVERYbody can improve their strength, functional mobility and agility through a consistent Pilates practice.
