Jenni Skaggs

Jenni began teaching group fitness in 2009. She has completed all STOTT PILATES® Equipment and Mat Courses (Levels I and II), Total Barre™, ZEN•GA™, Fascial Movement, and continues extensive training in injuries and special populations. Jenni is also a TRX® Certified Instructor, and an RRCA Certified Distance Running Coach. Jenni relocated from the mountains of Utah to the Arizona desert in the summer of 2018. She has always enjoyed physical activity growing up participating in competitive and collegiate cheerleading (Go UTES!) and as an adult long-distance running and cycling. “Creating balance between living an active healthy lifestyle, raising children, maintaining relationships, and having a successful career can be challenging. However, I believe that a challenge is just an opportunity to become your better self.
