Josh acquired his bachelor’s degree in exercise and wellness from Arizona State University. Josh’s main focuses are in strength training, bodybuilding, functional training, and weight loss programming. Josh believes in practicing what he preaches and will never provide a workout or program that he has not tried himself. He is constantly seeking out new ways to increase his knowledge in the fitness field to provide exceptional programs for his clients.
When Josh isn’t in the gym improving on his fitness, he spends much of his time with his family in Scottsdale where he grew up. He also enjoys traveling to new places, attending concerts and spending time with his dog.
