Katrina is a graduate from Oregon State University, earning a bachelor’s degree in exercise and sports science. She began volunteering with individuals who have a disability become more active and fit by incorporating exercise plans to each one of their individual needs. She played club volleyball in college, but also has a background in basketball, softball, and track, while she also has a love for hiking outdoors. During the summer months, Katrina has gone to Dillingham AK where she is a deckhand on a salmon fishing boat on the Nushagak River, contributing to the 30-year family legacy. Katrina is passionate about helping people get healthy and gain confidence within new habits that will help them become a better version of themselves. Health and wellness is a process and does not just happen overnight, each person is unique, and she can help customize a workout that works best for you. Working with all age groups and experience levels, she can help you achieve the goals that you have. Katrina believes balance and core is something that plays an important role in achieving our day to day activities and is something she incorporates with all of her clients.
