Monique calls Pilates the “perfect exercise” because it combines fitness with dance movements for which she is passionate. She teaches with an Eve Gentry dancer style and a Balanced Body style methodology.
She is a certified instructor in Bender Barre and Lagree Fitness, an intense blend of Pilates and Strength training. With 15 years of Pilates teaching experience under her belt, she enjoys teaching a gamut of clientele ranging from rehabilitation needs, pre- and post-pregnancy, dancers, and high intensity athletes.
Monique is a former dance performer and Arizona Cardinals’ cheerleader.
