Thomas is a native Oregonian and University of Oregon graduate with a bachelors’ degree in human physiology with a pre-physical therapy focus. He specializes in rehabilitative and injury prevention exercise and resistance training. Growing up as a competitive athlete, Thomas has always had a strong focus on diet and exercise to maximize health and wellness. Having spent time as a competitive youth soccer coach, physical therapy aide, and personal trainer, Thomas has experience with people of all ages and fitness levels. He has a strong passion for helping others reach and surpass their goals.
