When is it? The 28-day challenge starts Jan. 14th and goes through Feb 10th (technically) but your best bet is to take what you learn for life.
+ Nutrition kick off chat in person – Friday afternoon the 11th from 4:30 PM – 5:30 PM OR Saturday morning Jan. 12th @10:30AM – 11:30AM.
+ InBody Composition Scan (pre & post) completed with a trainer or the week prior to the Jan. 14th. Post In Body sign-ups completed Monday, Feb. 11th.
+ The 28 Day Real Food Guidebook with the most nutritious foods to eat, guidance, motivation, meal inspiration, and essential nutrition information
