FIT Begins

8 week Program or Customized Drop-In

FIT (Functional Interval Training) is a progressive-based program which allows members to advance in system circuit training including weights and cardiovascular. The program incorporates MYZone (highly recommended to have the monitor but not required) heart rate training in small groups of members with similar fitness interests, abilities, and goals.

FIT Foundation:
This beginning program’s goal is to build a strong metabolic foundation or lose body fat while toning the body and educating participants on correct form/techniques while using MyZone heart rate training.

FIT Integration:
This program is the next level of advancement and is intermediate to advanced incorporating more challenging routines while shifting some of the focus to sculpting the body while using functional movements.

Monday + Wednesday Tuesday + Thursday
5:30-6:30 am Integration with Jack 7:00-8:00 am Foundation with Drew
6:30-7:30 am Integration with Jack
6:00-7:00 pm Integration with Jack 9:00-10:00 am Integration with Rochelle

8:00-9:00 am Foundation and Integration with Jack
***All sessions will meet in the Performance Center!

Two Options:
Customized Drop-In $30/class Drop-In
Full 8 week Program
2 sessions/wk $288 ($18/class) 3 sessions/wk $375 ($16/class)
