Join a team, build your own, or compete as an individual in this fitness and nutrition Greatest Loser Challenge. Throughout 6-weeks you earn points for your team by participating in a combination of small group training sessions (included with cost), group exercise classes, personal workouts, and weekly fitness and nutrition challenges! The small group training sessions will be led by our team of awesome Personal Trainers and will be suitable for all fitness levels.
Prizes will be awarded for the team with highest points, M/F best body comp change, M/F highest Myzone MEPS
Inbody Pre-Measurements: January 14th-20th
Challenge Starts: January 21st
InBody Post-Measurements: March 4th-7th
