Moms Gone FIT is a 6-week program that will focus on you, your fitness, and your health to improve overall well-being. You will join Faye for three 60-minute workout sessions per week that will consist of HIIT, functional circuit training, and pure strength. Additionally, pre and post fitness assessment will be completed, allowing you to see your progress and celebrate your accomplishments. Nutrition guidance from Registered Dietitian, Jamie Miller, is provided to educate and guide you toward healthy eating habits.
