Colten is a Tucson, Arizona native who graduated from NAU with a bachelor’s degree in biomedical sciences focusing in clinical exercise science. As a strength and conditioning specialist and personal trainer, Colten has worked with a diverse range of
fitness levels ranging from park rangers to post-physical therapy patients. His main focuses include injury prevention/functional training and weight loss through lifestyle and nutrition coaching. He is well versed in body weight, kettle bell, and TRX training methodologies. Colten is kettle bell athletics certified and an advanced TRX instructor. He believes that fitness needs to be a balance between being fun and effective.

Ashly Eichenberger

Ashly has a bachelor’s degree in biology from the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs. She played collegiate baseball for Western New Mexico University where she was named Daktroniks First Team All-Central Region, placed sixth in the nation for batting averages, and has a career total of 30 home runs. Ashly also coached girls 14 -16 U fast pitch softball and currently competes in the NPC bikini and figure divisions both locally and nationally.

Ashly enjoys working with individuals of all levels of fitness, athletes, and bikini and figure competitors. She specializes in creating strength training and nutrition programming for weight loss, fat loss , muscle retention, and sports performance. She believes in creating fun, manageable strength and endurance programs implementing circuit training, compound movements, cross training, HIIT and creating nutrition programs. She enjoy getting her clients into the best shape of their lives with results that they will be able to maintain and enjoy for a lifetime.

Meggan  Barnett

Meggan has a bachelor’s degree in exercise science from Quincy University and a master’s degree in exercise physiology Western Michigan University.

Meggan enjoys working with all fitness levels and is passionate about helping others achieve their health and fitness goals. She likes to focus on exercises that are functional, safe, and fun for all ages and levels. Sessions are designed to maximize results in a short amount of time.

When she’s not training clients, Meggan enjoys running and biking.  She recently found a passion for triathlons and then worked her way up to finishing an Ironman.

Aaron started his career in the fitness industry as a part-time trainer while attending college. Within his first professional year as a trainer he was promoted to Assistant Department Head overseeing a team of trainers. Upon completion of his degree he was promoted to the position of Personal Training Department Head which included overseeing all aspects of the personal training business. In Aaron’s almost two decades of experience he has trained professional athletes, teenagers, seniors and everyday people trying to make a positive change. He has personally planned, developed and implemented many high level corporate programs for multiple organizations yielding extremely positive results. Aaron enjoys coaching and developing people personally, professionally and physically. He joined the Village team in 2015 with over 17 years of experience in fitness. Aaron strives to live by the Rock’s mantra “be humble, be hungry and always be the hardest worker in the room.”

Bree West

Bree Graduated from Brigham Young University with a B.S. in Exercise Science. She also attended Clayton College where she earned a second Bachelor degree in Holistic Nutrition.

Adam believes in movement and learning about how to make the body healthy. He is currently studying neuroscience and the application to health fitness “Train the Brain.” Adam enjoys hiking, yoga, power lifting and all sports. Mel is certified American Council on Exercise Personal Trainer. Her focus is on Kinesio-Therapy Training, which encompasses proper body mechanics, core stabilization and integration of functional movement techniques.

Mel’s inner athlete voice spoke to her in 2000 when she trained and competed for 3-years in the Bodybuilding and Fitness World. Her true passion is outdoor terrain training, which includes Mountain Biking, Trail Running and Hiking Camelback Mtn. She raced competitively for over 9 years as a Mountain Biker and Adventure Racer awarding her a 2007 State Championship in Mountain Biking. She is an advocate of Hot Yoga, Water Fitness, and The Lagree Fitness Method as a means to help restore muscle imbalances.
