Jenny Eaker

Jenny graduated with a bachelor’s degree in exercise science from Southern Illinois University. Originally from Illinois, Jenny held the position of fitness director of a private fitness and tennis club in the Chicago Metropolitan Area for over 15 years before relocating to Katy, Texas, and now Queen Creek, Arizona. Throughout her 20+ years in the fitness industry, she has worked with clients ranging from sports-specific to general fitness. She enjoys catering to client’s needs with the focus on helping them feel better, move bet­ter, and ultimately improve their overall quality of life. In her free time, Jenny enjoys spending time with family and cheering on her Chicago sports teams … especially the Cubs and the Bears!

 

Lionel Escajeda

Lionel, a Southern California native, graduated from Arizona State University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in exercise and wellness. With experience training a wide variety of clients, Lionel’s main areas of focus include functional training, sport-specific training, fat-loss programming, and strength training. In order to get the most out of each client, he strives in creating a dynamic training environment that empowers individuals to continually challenge themselves in a fun and effective way. No matter your fitness level, Lionel will provide you with optimal training tailored to your needs, that aims to improve the quality of life and assist you in reaching your health and fitness goals! In his free time, Lionel enjoys visiting his family and friends back home in California, attending music festivals around the country, and participating in anything that involves baseball.

 

Josh Roeckner

Josh acquired his bachelor’s degree in exercise and wellness from Arizona State University. Josh’s main focuses are in strength training, bodybuilding, functional training, and weight loss programming. Josh believes in practicing what he preaches and will never provide a workout or program that he has not tried himself. He is constantly seeking out new ways to increase his knowledge in the fitness field to provide exceptional programs for his clients.

When Josh isn’t in the gym improving on his fitness, he spends much of his time with his family in Scottsdale where he grew up. He also enjoys traveling to new places, attending concerts and spending time with his dog.

Faye Del Mundo

Faye is a certified personal instructor and has been in the fitness industry since 2008. She’s a long distance runner and a triathlete. She also enjoys teaching group fitness classes.

When it comes to personal training, each program Faye creates is tailored to the clients’ unique individual needs, strengths and weaknesses, fitness level, lifestyle and personal goals. As she always says, “the best exercise is the one that you will do.” Faye also values the importance of functional movement in improving activities of daily living and enhancing quality of life.

Faye was born overseas and grew up in the Midwest. For school, she started with commercial aviation and ended with a degree she’s passionate about: exercise and wellness. she also loves to travel and has lived in multiple countries.

She hopes to help others improve their quality of life through an active and healthy lifestyle.

Fitness Director: Emily Callison

Emily grew up in Mesa, AZ and graduated from the University of North Dakota with a bachelor’s of science in exercise science, wellness, and physical education and continued her education at the University of Nebraska at Omaha earning her master’s degree in exercise science with an emphasis in strength and conditioning.

Fitness Specializations and Interests

Emily has a diverse training background. She was a strength and conditioning coach for college athletes and also ran specialized fitness classes for individuals who wanted to manage and prevent chronic diseases and conditions such as diabetes, fibromyalgia, arthritis, and osteoporosis. In addition, Emily has led group exercise classes for cancer survivors and has experience in the rehab setting. She enjoys creating well-balanced programs to help clients reach their specific goals and promote a healthy lifestyle.

Emily played D1 tennis for the University of North Dakota. In her free time she enjoys playing tennis, being active outside, and weight training.
