Melanie attended Lower Columbia College in Longview, Washington. She completed her Pilates Sports Training Center program in 2012 and is a member of the Pilates Method Alliance. She teaches Pilates reformer, tower, cadillac, chair, and mat. In addition to Pilates, Melanie is also active in fitness, golf, and tennis. She is a USPTA Developmental Tennis Coach, having coached high school level tennis. She also taught junior tennis for the cities of Scottsdale and Fountain Hills. She also teaches TRX and barre classes.
Pilates not only aides in rehabilitation but also helps with mobility and core strength. You’ll experience increased rotation, improved balance, breathing, and greater core and hip flexibility.
REBECCA SIRKEL, BA

Rebecca Sirkel has 13 years experience teaching Pilates and holds a bachelor’s degree in exercise science from Arizona State University. She received her com- prehensive Pilates training with Power Pilates in 2006 and the Pilates Method Alliance certification in 2011. In 2012 she became a teacher trainer for Power Pilates and now offers Pilates certifications.
Rebecca continued her education in spinal pathology, spotting and touch technique, Pilates with props, neuromuscular conditions, and super advanced Pilates for athletes. In 2014 she earned a certification with eCornell in plant-based nutrition.

Parm has been part of the Pilates team here at the Village for a year and a half. She is a certified classical instructor obtaining her certification through Peak Pilates®. She continues to remain a consummate professional a er spending many years in the corporate human resources industry.
Parm has a knack for working with clients of all ages and abilities. Her enthusiasm and energy towards her Pilates practice and teaching makes her a perfect fit for all Village clientele. Parm is also a qualified TRX Suspension trainer instructor and barre group exercise instructor.
DC Ranch Village Group Fitness Director ACE-CPT, ACE-GFI, PMA-Pilates
Mandy joined the Village in September 2005. Prior to working at the Village, Mandy worked at Luke Air Force Base, and Phoenix and Glendale community colleges.
As opposed to the classical Pilates training, Mandy prefers to teach a more “athletic conditioning” approach. She enjoys working with clients at all fitness levels and takes pride in seeing them accomplish their goals. Her clients range from fitness competitors to those seeking basic fitness or decrease pain with exercising or movements of daily life.
Mandy is also a licensed massage therapist currently affiliated with Associated Body- work and Massage Professionals.
DC Ranch Village Pilates Trainer ACE-GFI, AFAA-GEI, PMI-PI
Jodi has worked in the fitness industry for over 27 years. As the owner/director of The Sweat Shop in Kansas City, Missouri, she worked with high school aged to professional athletes as well as becoming an instructor trainer and CDC provider. She discovered Pilates while program director at the Honolulu Club in Hawaii.
Jodi’s certifications include kickboxing, water aerobics, physio ball, and Physicalmind Institute® Pilates. She has presented work- shops at many major industry conventions.
DAWN RYAN, BS
DC Ranch Village Pilates Trainer STOTT Pilates (mat, reformer, cadillac, chair, barrel), Gyrotonic®
Dawn received her bachelor’s degree in exercise physiology. Her love of movement led her to the study of STOTT Pilates. She has extensive training using small props including: foam rollers, therabands, and physio-balls. In addition, Dawn has special training in Pilates for athletic conditioning, pre- and post-natal care, and golf.
Dawn has taught Pilates for over 17 years and continues to study and expand her knowledge base. She works with a wide range of ages and skill levels, including competitive athletes and rehabilitation clients.
