Dawn received her bachelor’s degree in exercise physiology. Her love of movement led her to the study of STOTT Pilates. She has extensive training using small props including: foam rollers, therabands, and physio-balls. In addition, Dawn has special training in Pilates for athletic conditioning, pre- and post-natal care, and golf.
Dawn has taught Pilates for over 17 years and continues to study and expand her knowledge base. She works with a wide range of ages and skill levels, including competitive athletes and rehabilitation clients.

Jodi has worked in the fitness industry for over 27 years. As the owner/director of The Sweat Shop in Kansas City, Missouri, she worked with high school aged to professional athletes as well as becoming an instructor trainer and CDC provider. She discovered Pilates while program director at the Honolulu Club in Hawaii.
Jodi’s certifications include kickboxing, water aerobics, physio ball, and Physicalmind Institute® Pilates. She has presented work- shops at many major industry conventions.

Mandy joined the Village in September 2005. Prior to working at the Village, Mandy worked at Luke Air Force Base, and Phoenix and Glendale community colleges.
As opposed to the classical Pilates training, Mandy prefers to teach a more “athletic conditioning” approach. She enjoys working with clients at all fitness levels and takes pride in seeing them accomplish their goals. Her clients range from fitness competitors to those seeking basic fitness or decrease pain with exercising or movements of daily life.
Mandy is also a licensed massage therapist currently affiliated with Associated Body- work and Massage Professionals.
Oksana was born in the Soviet Union. She joined an internationally well-known gymnastics club when she was six years old. At the age of 17, Oksana was accepted to Vladimir University but she decided to challenge her destiny and join the Moscow State Circus instead. She traveled with the circus perform-ing a ﬂying trapeze act until Ringling Brothers and Barnum & Bailey Circus approached her with a contract in 1997. Oksana performed for the next six years traveling all over North America. In 2001 she moved to sunny Arizona. Her love for gymnastics helped to determine the direction of her career. After moving to Arizona, Oksana worked as a coach, personal trainer, and physical therapy tech before getting certiﬁed in Pilates. In 2010 she graduated from ASU with pre-med and bachelor’s degree in kinesiology. Oksana originally taught Pilates at Camelback Village for many years but took a break after the birth of her second child. In 2018, she joined the Lolita San Miguel’s program to become a second generation Pilates instructor. Oksana travels and continues to learn from internationally recognized Pilates educators.

Parm has been part of the Pilates team here at the Village for a year and a half. She is a certified classical instructor obtaining her certification through Peak Pilates®. She continues to remain a consummate professional a er spending many years in the corporate human resources industry.
Parm has a knack for working with clients of all ages and abilities. Her enthusiasm and energy towards her Pilates practice and teaching makes her a perfect fit for all Village clientele. Parm is also a qualified TRX Suspension trainer instructor and barre group exercise instructor.
REBECCA SIRKEL, BA
DC Ranch Village Pilates Trainer
Rebecca Sirkel has 13 years experience teaching Pilates and holds a bachelor’s degree in exercise science from Arizona State University. She received her com- prehensive Pilates training with Power Pilates in 2006 and the Pilates Method Alliance certification in 2011. In 2012 she became a teacher trainer for Power Pilates and now offers Pilates certifications.
Rebecca continued her education in spinal pathology, spotting and touch technique, Pilates with props, neuromuscular conditions, and super advanced Pilates for athletes. In 2014 she earned a certification with eCornell in plant-based nutrition.
