Susan, a licensed cosmetologist since 1997, has worked at the Gainey Village since 2004 providing both aesthetics and nail treatments. PCA and Skin-Medica certiﬁed, Susan is passionate about learning new technologies and regularly attends ongoing training classes. She enjoys educating clients about the latest techniques to reduce the signs of aging. She is also trained in natural and holistic remedies. An Arizona native, Susan enjoys hiking, dance, and spin.
Ann joined the team at the Gainey Village in 2017. Though Ann is a fully licensed cosmetologist, she chooses to focus on nails, performing manicures and pedicures here at the Village. She spent 27 years at Marriott’s Camelback Inn performing these treatments and has honed her massage technique to ensure a relaxing experience. Ann pays close attention to detail and enjoys getting problem hands or feet back in good shape. A mother of two Ann adores animals and has rescued quite a few over the years. She feels everyone deserves a little pampering in along with their nail treatment.
Licensed Nail Technician
A licensed nail technician since 1999, Pam has worked at the Gainey Village since 2000. Certified in various natural nail techniques, Pam most enjoys performing pedicures. She loves having the hour to help people relax while making their feet look great.
Formerly in the banking industry, Pamela enjoys travelling and has built a loyal clientele in her years at the Village. She is most proud of her ability to cultivate client relationships while providing detailed, professional work.
Licensed Nail Technician
A licensed nail technician since 1995, Gina joined the team at the Gainey Village in 2016. She is certified in various natural nail techniques and is proficient in Shellac® and Gelish®. She spent 12 years honing her craft at Marrio’s Spa at Camelback Inn and especially enjoys performing pedicures. She is passionate about connecting with her clients and believes in the power of positive thinking.
A Polish emigrant, Gina is now an American citizen and has received a degree in physical therapy.
Carvell, a licensed cosmetologist since 1998, has worked at the Gainey Village since 2013 providing aesthetics, hair and nail treatments. She studied in Great Britain and has received the Confederation of International Beauty Therapy and Cosmetology (CIBTAC) Certification. She has spent years perfecting her aesthetic and nail skills and was chosen to perform a cosmetology demonstration for Princess Ann while in England.
A grandmother of two and a former backup singer for many well-known artists including Boy George, Carvell is a perfectionist with a calm and personable spirit.
