What is the Troon Village Partnership?

The Village Health Clubs and Spas partnered with Troon Golf® to provide Village members the very best in fitness and golf. Village members that enroll in Troon Rewards® via www.villageclubs.com/golf are automatically elevated to Troon Rewards Silver Status (normally requires $2,000 in spend). Village Club Silver Status Troon Rewards members will receive 10% off golf, discounts on merchandise, and the ability to earn points towards certificates valid for complimentary golf at more than 90 Troon managed courses. There are 16 Resort/Daily Fee Troon Golf courses in Arizona alone!

Each Village Club will have a home golf course. Throughout the year the Village will be having regular events like happy hours with putting contests, nine & dines, TroonFIT inspired events, clinics, leagues, tournaments and so much more at four of the Troon courses located closest to a Village Club: The Phoenician, The Westin Kierland Golf Club, Troon North® Golf Club and The Whirlwind Golf Club at Wild Horse Pass.

If you are just getting started or an experienced player, we will have programming for all levels and lots of fun.

What do I get with Troon Rewards Silver Status?

Troon Golf has a rewards program based on how much players spend on golf and merchandise each calendar year at daily-fee Troon Facilities. As a Village member you will jump right up to a Silver Status which normally requires a $2,000 spend. As a Village Club Silver Status Rewards player you will receive:

  1. 10% off the best available rates at participating Troon Golf/Troon Rewards facilities
  2. 10% off non sale golf merchandise
  3. Earn a certificate towards a free round of golf for every 500 points you collect. You earn one point for every dollar you spend on your own golf fees and merchandise in the golf shop
  4. Receive special offers and invitations to exclusive events and Callaway promotions

If you are an existing Troon Rewards member, you will be upgraded one status level.

Does the discount apply to my guests?

No, this program is for the individual player only.

How do I earn points towards golf certificates and higher status levels?

To receive Troon Rewards points, you must present your Troon Rewards number at the time of check-in at the golf shop front counter in order to receive points for your own green fee and/or merchandise (pre-tax). Troon Rewards points may not be earned for purchases of food or beverages.

How do I sign up?

To activate your Troon Rewards Silver status visit: villageclubs.com/golf and Click on the link to get started. You will need an online Village username and password to get access to this section. Once you are logged in you will be able to sign up for Troon Rewards within this section. If this is your first time to gain access online you will need to contact the Membership Department, Membership Accountant or the Front Desk to get your personal membership account number. You will be asked to identify yourself for security. That number will allow you to get credentials to view your account and use Troon Rewards online. If you have credentials but have forgotten them, Click on My Account at the very top of the Villageclubs.com website and click forgot username and password. If you still have difficulty contact the Membership Office for assistance.

What if I’m already a Troon Rewards Member?

Existing Troon Rewards members should still register through villageclubs.com/golf. When prompted in the registration process, enter your email address associated with your Troon Rewards account. This will elevate your current membership status to Silver or will upgrade you one level if a status level has already been achieved.

Do I have to book online?

Tee times can be booked online or via phone at the participating Troon Golf facilities. However, for your convenience an exclusive Village Club on-line tee time booking engine is available for you to book your tee times within www.villageclubs.com/golf.

How far can I book in advance?

Tee Time advance booking varies by course but many offer tee times up to 30 or 60 days in advance. Be sure to provide your Troon Rewards Silver Status number!

How can I review my Troon Rewards account?

Your Troon Rewards account and information is available only by login at www.TroonRewards.com. Your Troon Rewards ID and email address are required for login.

How do I receive my certificates?

When you have earned 500 points a certificate will be added to your account. You can login to your account at www.TroonRewards.com  to view your certificates, which are valid towards free rounds of golf. Troon Rewards Certificates are paperless, so simply book your round according to the terms listed on the certificates page and when you arrive at the club, let them know you would like to use your certificate(s). They will redeem the ones with the closest expiration and they will be removed from your account. Certificates expire one year from the date of issue.

How many certificates are required for a free round of golf?

How do the status levels work?

Status levels are based on the number of Troon Rewards points accumulated within a calendar year. Once you have achieved a status level, you will receive the associated discount on your next purchase. You will retain your status level for the remainder of the calendar year in which it is achieved through the end of the next calendar year.

  • 2,000 points/year = Silver status & 10% discount
  • 4,000 points/year = Gold status & 15% discount
  • 8,000 points/year = Platinum status & 20% discount

Yes, there will be social events, golf leagues and tournaments held at the four Village home courses throughout the year.
