1:1 Personal Training

Private training allows you to get the individual attention you need to develop a customized fitness program. Your trainer will help you stay disciplined, measure your results, and change your plan accordingly. Village FIT Program

Village FIT (Functional Interval Training) is a progressive program which allows members to advance in the system using circuit training, including weights and cardiovascular machines. This program is set up with a small group of members with similar fitness interests, abilities, and goals. It creates an environment of camaraderie and a little friendly competition.

Group Training

If you prefer to work out with others that have similar interests and goals, one of our many group training classes is just what you need. Building team solidarity and setting group challenges are great ways to motivate yourself. We even offer seasonal group training to help you kick off the New Year or get ready for summer.
