Cami Gaines

Cami has two children and a mini schnauzer that her son named Peter after Peter Parker. She loves having a regular date night with her husband where they can find new restaurants and bars especially in downtown Phoenix. She loves to travel and is always planning her next trip, no matter how big or small. Her dream car is a pink VW bus, but she is afraid her kids will be embarrassed of their mom. Her favorite food is cookie dough!

Dawn Dering

Dawn is from Michigan and graduated from Michigan State University.  She was a teacher to the Deaf and is fluent in American Sign Language.  She has a love for Beagles and was a volunteer for Arizona Beagle Rescue.  Dawn enjoys spending time with her daughter, listening to music and anything water.

Jaie Tenney

Jaie is originally from Alabama but has spent most of her life in Arizona.  She attended The University of Arizona studying business and visits Tucson several times a year cheering on the Wildcats football or basketball teams. In her spare time Jaie enjoys hiking, reading, and spending time with her husband and three daughters.

Kim Metzger

Kim is from Sioux Falls, SD and graduated from Texas Tech University. She played college golf for 4 years at TTU and was the college graduate coach for her final year of schooling. Kim loves to be outdoors and spending quality time with her two young boys (Tre 5 and Ace 2) and her husband, who is a professional golfer. Snow skiing is her favorite hobby along with, of course…golfing!

Lori Krimbill

Lori grew up in Buffalo, NY and has lived in MA, MI and KY.  She, her husband and both sons are former and current collegiate tennis players.   She loves dancing, hiking, traveling, baking and animals.  She recently completed her Pilates Mat and Reformer certification from Pilates Sports Center (PSC).

Mandy Campbell

Mandy Campbell is from London England and moved to the states 24 years ago with her 3-year-old son and 18month old twin daughters.  Mandy was previously a flight attendant for Gulf Air living in the middle east traveling all over the world with many “airline” stories that can keep you entertained for hours.  She graduated in 1982 from Cambridge University where she studied Exercise Science.

Parm Gulshan

Parm is from California, a human resource professional, and a lifelong learner. She loves to travel, discuss leadership theory, and is a big animal lover. Be prepared for her to show you pictures of her min-pins, Sophie and Coco!

Tara Smith

Tara graduated from both Southern Illinois University and Arizona State. She has one little girl and they love to spend time at the park and hopefully will be enjoying golf together sometime. Tara loves to watch and play golf.

Cynthia Khan

Originally from Madison, Wisconsin, Cynthia moved to Scottsdale, Arizona in 1994. In 2004 she earned a BSE in Chemical Engineering from Arizona State University. While in college, Cynthia discovered a passion for Pilates. She completed her Pilates teacher training in 2005 and her yoga teacher training in 2007. Cynthia enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, hiking, practicing Pilates and yoga, and playing with her 2 pugs.

Holly Thompson

Holly comes to the Village after owning and operating two successful Pilates and Fascia Stretch studios. With over 13 years in the fitness industry, she brings experience along with multiple advanced certifications. She is a Fascia Stretch Level 3 Specialist and a Pilates Master Trainer and holds a dozen certifications in brain-based training. Every year, she accumulates new and updated training. Your Pilates lessons are from a classical background with knowledge of neuroscience to keep you safe. Holly will be your guide in your Pilates and Fascia Stretch journey.

Jaime Parker

Jaime Parker, Ph.D. has been in the corporate wellness field for over 25 years, providing holistic health, nutrition, and movement coaching to thousands of clients. She is a nationally certified Pilates Instructor, with more than 700 hours of comprehensive teaching and training.
Jaime is also an accomplished athlete and competitive marathoner, finishing 50 full marathons (including multiple Boston marathons) and hundreds of shorter distances in addition to several triathlons. She specializes in core and functional modalities of movement, endurance training, multi-functional cross-training plans, and plant-based nutrition.
