David Vindiola

Fitness Director

For over 20 years David has been actively working in the wellness and fitness industry. David graduated from Colorado Mesa University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in exercise and Wellness. He holds numerous certifications including personal training, spinning, nutrition, and is a master-level health coach.

When David is not in the gym you can usually find him outdoors, hiking, biking, rock climbing, or exploring his new backyard, in Arizona.  If you see David in the club, please say hello to him and introduce yourself.  He loves meeting new people and embraces the community spirit here at the Village.

Adam Park

Adam is a Midwest transplant hailing from Michigan. He loves the falls in Michigan, especially the cider and donuts. He enjoys the outdoors playing rugby, fly fishing, hiking, and laying by the pool. The outdoors is his place to reset and clear his mind. He also enjoys cooking and grilling.

Faye Del Mundo

Faye has lived in four countries, is the mom of two boys and is game for any kind of physical activity. She enjoys triathlons, tennis, and coffee. She would like to learn Spanish, so if you know Spanish when you train with her you can help her out with the language. Her favorite quote is, “The best exercise is the one that you will do.”.

Lionel Escajeda

Lionel was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. He graduated from Arizona State University. Lionel is a huge sports fan who played baseball, football, and basketball growing up. Nowadays, he enjoys playing golf, training at the gym, traveling, visiting his family and friends back home in California, and participating in anything that involves baseball. He competes in NPC bodybuilding shows, is a 3x Fantasy Football champion and Chipotle is his lifeeeee!

Tara Littlejohn

Tara is originally from Indiana and grew up climbing trees and playing softball. She has also lived in Las Vegas, upstate New York, and Phoenix. Her fitness journey includes outdoor adventures such as hiking the Pacific Crest Trail, running Indianapolis half-marathons, powerlifting, and competing in bodybuilding. Her true passion today is in strength and functional movement training. She is committed to helping her clients thrive through exercise while keeping them safe and injury-free. She also adores her family, her sweet rescue kitty, and loves homemade chocolate chip cookies.

Carol Wallace

Carol grew up in Tempe and attended McClintock High School. She went on to attend Arizona State University and was a member of the Women’s Golf Team. She went on to earn both her Bachelors’s and Master’s degrees in Physical Education at ASU. She then went on to teach physical education in the Kyrene School District for 30 years before retiring in 2020. Carol has dual certifications from the American Council on Exercise (ACE) in Personal Training and Group Fitness.
