From competitive swimming to therapeutic water exercise, our aquatics programs offer low-impact, high-results training that benefits every body and fitness level.
From personalized private lessons to structured, coach-led group workouts, our adult programs help swimmers of all levels refine technique, build endurance, and see results in the water.
Our youth programs are designed for kids to learn and grow with peers at every stage—from introductory Parent and Me classes to Level 3 skill-building lessons. Each progressive program helps build confidence and develop skills in a fun, safe environment.
Join our competitive swim teams at all four locations. Young swimmers develop proper technique, endurance, and teamwork while emphasizing overall fitness and stroke mastery. Participants must meet specific age requirements and successfully complete a swim evaluation prior to enrollment.
Try a range of water aerobics and gentle exercise classes that are easy on your joints and great for all fitness levels. You can also enjoy special classes like floating sound meditation to help you relax and unwind.
